Returns and Refunds Policy My order hasn't arrived If you have already received shipping information from us and your order has not yet arrived within ten working days please contact Selvagem Customer Service on (03) 9001-0675. I received Incorrect or Damaged Items Notify contactus@selvagem.com.au within two working days of receipt of goods. Prior approval must be obtained from Selvagem Pty Ltd before returning goods. A Return Authority Number will be given to you upon approval. Please do not throw out damaged items until authorisation to do so has been given. Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the sole discretion of Selvagem Pty Ltd. Returning Goods 1. Goods must be returned in their original packaging. 2.
